My husband had knee surgery in the spring because a rod that was put in his leg 10 yrs ago, in a barge accident, started
working it's way through his knee. When he is layed off in the colder weather he usually works for a general contractor. He was not able to work for 4 months because of the surgery and a blood clot that was in the leg. We almost lost our house and got really far behind on bills. (I was going to collge full time then) Normally we are able to squirl away cash for the colder months when he is laid off from road construction and. Work is scarce during the colder months. We live in a small town where most of the men reley on construction for work. Jobs are scarce. Catching up was hard and we were not able to save for the winter. I need warm weather clothes, jeans..long sleeve shirts..and winter coats, gloves, and boots. It would also be nice to have some cash for the boy's Christmas.
I only wished for $200 because that is the most you can win right? Originally when I posted this I wished for $500. Thank you all so much. I love my new friends! Tsion, my 6 yr old is a size 7, Julian, my 16 yr old is a large or xtra large. (kinda depends on the fit) He likes them baggy. LOL Iguess it is the style. He really does not need pants but needs shirts. But he is kinda picky, typical teen! He likes preppy and punk. LOL Tsion loves sporty looking stuff, he is a bit on the short side tho. Julian is going to wear Dougs boots if he needs them. He usually refuses to wear them unless we go sledding. Grandma found Tsion some boots. So they are both good on shoes. Again, thank you so much for your supportive words and votes! Sooo nice! (more)
